For people who already have the knowledge but not the job
Many candidates already know pharmacovigilance, clinical data management, medical coding or clinical research. They finished a course, studied it in their degree, or picked it up at work. What stops them is the hiring process: no AI skills to talk about, a resume that fails the ATS, a LinkedIn profile recruiters never find, and interviews that fall apart on the first technical question.
The AI Placement Bootcamp fixes only that, in 5 days. It does not re-teach the theory. It combines our two add-ons into one standalone programme:
- AI Edge: AI in PV case processing and literature screening, prompting for CR documents, MedDRA coding assist and responsible AI, finished with a live AI project and certificate you can show recruiters.
- Placement Edge: an ATS-ready resume and LinkedIn built 1-on-1 with a mentor, three mock interview rounds, the industry interview Q-bank, expert mentorship, referral and hiring drives, and job-alert access.
- Mindset & Mental Growth session: a growth-mindset session on interview confidence, managing anxiety and handling rejection, so a few “no”s don’t stop your job search.
Who should join
This bootcamp is for you if:
- you have the subject knowledge but can’t attend regular classes for 3 or 6 months;
- you are already applying, but getting few shortlists or no offers;
- you are a working professional switching into clinical research and need to present your experience in industry language.
If you are starting from zero and still need the theory, this is the wrong programme. Start with the Clinical Research Certificate Course or the Pharmacovigilance Course instead.
How the 5 days work
Each day is a focused, instructor-led session, available live online or at our Wakad campus in Pune. Days 1–2 are AI Edge, days 3–5 are Placement Edge, with the Mindset & Mental Growth session on Day 4. You leave with a live AI project and certificate, a finished resume and LinkedIn profile, a steadier mindset for the job hunt, three recorded mock interviews, and referrals to open roles at the CROs and pharma companies we work with.
