Why we exist
The Indian clinical research education market produces thousands of certified graduates every year. Most of them never enter the field. The reason is structural: training is taught by academic instructors, with theoretical curricula, on outdated platforms, with placement support that ends at a notice board.
We rebuilt the model. iLearn CRI's faculty are practicing clinical research professionals—pharmacovigilance leads, CRA Level III monitors, CRO project managers. Our curriculum is structured around how Pune CROs actually hire and onboard new joiners. Our placement infrastructure works because it is built on warm relationships with hiring managers across 50+ pharma and CRO companies.
What we teach
Our programs cover the full clinical research stack: Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Research Associate (CRA) training, Clinical Data Management, Medical Coding, Medical Writing, and Regulatory Affairs. Every program is ICH-GCP-aligned and includes hands-on training on the actual tools used by pharma and CROs—Argus, ARISg, Veeva Vault Safety, Medidata Rave, SAS Clinical, and ICD-10-CM coding software.

Our alumni work across India's leading pharma companies and CROs. In Pune alone: Cipla, Lupin, Mylan, Sun Pharma, Wockhardt, Glenmark, Syngene, Veeda Clinical Research, Lambda Therapeutic Research, Reliance Life Sciences, and global CROs including IQVIA, ICON, and Parexel. Beyond Pune, alumni hold roles in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and increasingly in regulated overseas markets.

Our campus is in Wakad, Pune—minutes from the Hinjewadi IT corridor and the Mumbai-Pune highway. Direct PMPML routes connect to Baner, Aundh, PCMC, and Pimple Saudagar. The location reflects our positioning: at the heart of Pune’s pharma corridor, where our students will eventually work.
