Dr. Iyer leads the Pharmacovigilance curriculum at iLearn CRI, drawing on twelve years of practice across Cipla, Veeda Clinical Research, and a global CRO’s India delivery centre. She has personally processed over 4,000 ICSRs, written aggregate reports for 15+ marketed products, and led signal detection workflows for an oncology portfolio.
Her teaching style is built around real cases — the unusual SAEs, the difficult causality assessments, the audit findings that taught her how the work actually gets done versus how the textbooks describe it.
