He teaches the CRA module at iLearn CRI from active practice — his monitoring reports, his protocol deviations files, his closeout visit checklists. He brings in current CRO escalations as anonymised case studies, ensuring students are trained on the issues hiring managers ask about today, not the textbook scenarios from a decade ago.
